What is FamilyPoints?
A family app that turns chores into points, rankings, and real rewards so kids stay motivated and parents stay in control.
Who is it for?
Parents and kids who want a fair, fun system for housework, habits, and goals; one shared family space.
How does scoring work?
Assign tasks with point values. When a task is completed and approved, points go to that family member and show up on the leaderboard.
Can kids use it on their own phones?
Yes. Create a family code, share it, and each device can join the same family. The host keeps control of setup, rewards, and key settings.

What is Family Manager?
Where you set up members, recurring schedules, calendar events, and rewards so daily life runs with less remapping every week.
How do rewards work?
Create rewards with a point cost. When someone has enough points, redeem from their profile or via Weekly → Assign.
What is the weekly leaderboard?
A ranking of who’s winning this week (also monthly/yearly views). Great for healthy competition; and available as a Home Screen widget.
What is AI Judge?
An optional helper for fair decisions when there’s a dispute (who should get the points / how to settle a call). Free includes a limited trial; Plus unlocks more.
What is the Weekly Verdict?
A weekly challenge/summary moment that keeps the family engaged beyond day-to-day chores.
Is there a shopping list?
Yes, shared shopping support so family errands stay in the same app as chores and points.

Is FamilyPoints free?
Yes. Free includes the core experience with limits. Plus unlocks unlimited members, tasks, schedules, rewards, sync extras, and more AI/weekly features.
What are the Free limits?
Roughly: up to 4 members, limited new tasks per week, 3 custom tasks, 1 scheduled task, 1 reward, 3 calendar events, limited AI Judge and weekly verdicts.
What’s included in FamilyPoints Plus?
Unlimited members & tasks, unlimited schedules/rewards/events, Family Sync (multi-device), backups, auto resets, and fuller AI Judge / weekly verdict access.
Do I need Plus on every device?
Plus is tied to the host’s subscription for premium family features like generating a family code / sync. Joining members use the shared family setup.

How does Family Sync work?
The host generates a family code (Plus). Others join with that code to share chores, points, and activity across devices.
What can joined members do?
Assign tasks, see rankings, and create events. Host keeps rewards setup and core configuration for safety and control.
Will I lose my data if I change phones?
Plus includes backups so you can protect members, avatars, custom tasks, schedules, and rewards when switching devices.
Billing
How much does Plus cost?
Available as a monthly or yearly subscription via Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing is shown in the App Store / paywall and may vary by region.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Privacy & practical
Does it work offline?
Local use works on device; Family Sync needs a connection to stay updated across phones.
Is my family’s data private?
Family data is used to run the app experience. Review the Privacy Policy on the site for details on analytics and optional tracking consent.
